Remove book from "Continue reading" section

On my device's content server, I see the cover of a book I previously read through the browser on the server. I deleted the book from offline using the "Delete" button, but the cover of the book still appears in the "Continue reading" screen when I access the content server. If I click through to it, it simply redownloads the book from the server for me to read.

How do I remove this?

Read more books it will fall off the screen. Since the last calibre release, when you use user accounts the screen will show you recently read books from any logged in device, not books downloaded to the current device. This allows you to pick up reading a book on device 2 that you were previously reading on device 1.
