Moon+reader Pro - stop TOC opening automatically on launching a book.

This seems to be a fairly recent thing and it's annoying me... whenever I open a new book, immediately the TOC thingy flips open over the book cover, so it's basically the first thing you see on opening a book. Then I have to swipe it away to even see the book cover. How do I prevent this from happening? I like just clicking a book, it opens with the cover and then I just start swiping pages to read... I rarely, if ever, bother to access the TOC.
