Boox i62 Firefly: Is it possible to disable the wireless?
Could not find the answer to this.
I just got my Onyx Boox i62 Firefly. Is it possible to disable the wireless? I do not use it and I do not want it to eat my batteries. I was unable to find an off switch or a software setting to disable it. |

I supppose, it's like the M92, they are so similar. The Wifi is active only when you select a Web site. But, when you live the site, a question ask you if you want to leave the Wifi active. So, cut the Wifi in this situation.
By default, the Wifi is not active. |

So, the user switches the WIFI on by using the browser?
And it switches off when closing the browser? Are you sure? If so, that is a very smart feature. I wish the documentation would be clearer about stuff like this. |
