Bluetooth Page Turners for Kobo Ereaders
Based on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MilzHy4Equw and some forum comments, I bought an R500s for turning pages my Libra 2, but it does not work (disconnects immediately when buttons are pressed.)
Anyone able to personally verify any bluetooth devices that can turn pages on particular Kobo devices? |

Bro, you need to use his installation for setting up Kobo Page turner. So, just follow his instruction in his github.

A Bluetooth page turner should work with the Bluetooth enabled devices without any extra software. I know Kobo has tested some page turners with the devices. Though I don't know exactly which ones. But, there has been reports of success.

I've only tested out a few different Bluetooth devices, but I haven't seen any disconnect on button presses. The Kobo software does have a pretty aggressive timeout (150 seconds) for Bluetooth though.
In case you don't have any luck with whatever built-in support exists, I've written a plugin for using arbitrary Bluetooth devices to turn pages on Bluetooth-enabled Kobo devices. There's a thread here: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=345507 |
