Frozen Kobo - help!
Last night I dropped my Kobo Glo face down on the hardwood floor. It was turned on at the time and the light was on as well. The whole device froze completely. It will not turn off, the light will not turn off, the touch screen does not work at all. Tried a paper clip reset today and nothing happened. Plugging it in has done nothing either.
Was the drop enough to completely damage the reader, or is there something else I could try to make it respond again? Thanks for the help! |

I think it's probably irreparably damaged.
I hope not....but that's what I think. Wait for other responses here. |

I wonder if something might have been jarred loose on impact...
I'd be tempted to open up the device and ensure all bits are seated securely. Again; waiting for other more expert opinions to chime in. |

Plug it in to charge while you wait... maybe that could somehow help
