Nook Color New DRM?

I recently purchased a book at B&N and can't find a way to remove the DRM. Apparently, they have once again updated their DRM. Epubor and Calibre were unsuccessful.

Can anyone suggest an alternative?

Thanks

The only way to do it is to locate the key via a rooted Nook or a rooted Android device with the Nook app. Once you have that key, you can do it in Calibre.

Interesting... This procedure will work with the *very latest* B&N DRM?

I don't have a rooted device at the moment, but once I do, how do I find the key?

Thanks for the reply,

Tom

Would an N2A Android Card suffice, or does the OS need to be "rooted"?

Thanks,

Tom

Thanks,

I believe it needs to be a rooted OS as you need some serious level access. And yes, it works. I did it on an old out-of-warranty Samsung S2 that no longer receives updates just a few weeks back.
