Yes. BTW, you can count to 1023 on the fingers of two hands using binary. My daughter got into trouble with one teacher when she made that claim and then demonstrated. The teacher was upset when she reached 4. See Finger Binary.

I was taken out hunting as a youngster - and have skinned & gutted & cooked many a rabbit - now I'm repelled by the idea.

Nope. Got a lawyer involved in our first house purchase. It was a good idea since it turned out the seller was trying to conceal a few issues in the purchase agreement and we ended up looking elsewhere.

The PBM has always rented and never owned a home.
