Hello, first of all, thanks for the amazing plugin.

Due to I always use STK (in special by sync funtionality), the file on calibre identify is format KFX. So I follow those steps without success:

1. Add to my library the book .kfx
2. Disconect the kindle from Calibri
3. Execute WordDumb to locally generate the files.
4. Copy the generates files to the .sdr book directory(.kll, .asc)

However this is not working. Also, I saw is working without problems on SW3 format sended by calibri but not copy mannully. Not sure if the KFX Input (2.0.0) could be generating diferent relationship.
