One frequent use case is that I often prefer editing some textbooks' CSS in order to make the editorial notes within a <li> class smaller, and the main text larger:
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s
