I'm trying to run ABD for my Poke 3, but it doesn't appear when I run "adb devices", and I never get the "Allow USB debugging" prompt shown in
this tutorial. (I've never used ADB before.)
In the Poke 3 user manual, I find:

I've checked all submenus I can find under Settings, and find nowhere to select USB debugging. Where is it?
...and the reason I'm trying to run ADB is that I want to disable the top system bar for Calibre Companion, because it's almost unusable when the system bar hides CC's top menu bar. It seems
