Sorry, but it is not apparently so many Kobo owners dropping their Readers and breaking the screen. Please don't make it sound like there are many Kobo users who are clumsy.

Also, the screen breaking is NOT tension due to a bad design. It's because you used it in conditions that were unsuitable for the device.
