12 Years a Slave was available for me, but the others were not. That's from the U.S. Any other U.S. customers having an issue with this?

Edited to add that 12 Years a Slave also has not download button in my library, but it shows as available in my Kobo app on my iPad. Must be one of those quirky Kobo things where they won't let you download to a different app.
